The Apple Tree
Chicago has been absolutely beautiful this week – sunny and mid-60’s in March; it’s truly like a dream. Tuesday evening I was slowwwwllly walking from work to a relaxed weekday date-night with the boyfriend when I came across a tree with dozens of paper squares hanging from the branches by tangled colored yarn. Each square had a different fruit image carefully drawn on the front. Cute in and of itself, each fruit had a unique and positive message scrawled on the back. Uplifting and sweet, it made a wonderful week that much better!
