Sausage and Peppers

I love sausage and peppers – even more so when the sausage has the singe of the grill and the peppers the taste of charcoal.  Add another summertime favorite like zucchini and chop the veggies to make them a mixed hash for a twist on the original.  I used spicy turkey sausage from Whole Foods and ended up mixing in a bit of hot dijon mustard to the vegetables – delish!
